In December 2015, Deveaux traveled to Georgia to conduct a Mid-term Evaluation of the UNDP Project known as Strengthening the System of Parliamentary Democracy in Georgia. As part of the review, Deveaux assessed the work of the project with four committees Agriculture; Human Rights; Environmental Protection; and Health – in which the project supported the development and implementation of multi-year action plans that have bolstered the capacity and work of the committees and their interaction with civil society. Deveaux considered the work of the project in supporting the Parliaments adoption of an Open Government Action Plan, one of the first to do so globally.
