Kevin Deveaux was contracted by UNDP in Papua New Guinea to support the National Parliament in revising its Standing Orders. This included to missions to Port Moresby in the second-half of 2023 in which Deveaux engaged parliamentary senior staff and select MPs to discuss the revisions to the Parliament’s rules.
