DIG to conduct Monitoring Assessment of Canadian Decentralization Project in Iraq

DIG has been contracted by Canadian Leaders in International Consulting (CLIC) and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton to monitor a Global Affairs Canada project in Iraq focused on decentralization and implementing fiscal responsibility in the new federal state. The work will run from June 2019 to September 2020.
