From April 2014 to June 2014, DIG was contracted by International IDEA to evaluate its project Inter-regional Dialogue on Democracy (“IRDD),” a program established to bring together regional organizations, such as the EC, AU, ASEAN and others, in an effort to discuss their role in democratic transitions.
