Liberia: Working with Political Parties in Support of the Electoral Commission

In 2013, a DGC associate worked with registered political parties and the Liberian CEC on a project designed to assess, review and recommend next steps for improving inter-party dialogue while enhancing the positive regulatory and mediation role for the election commission.  Through a series of in-country consultations, day-long seminars, and a collaborative process analysis, the client was provided with an extensively detailed and researched options paper in preparation for the 2014 and 2017 electoral cycles.  The process analysis included needs identification, strategic planning, and communication modules.
