In July 2014 DIG associate Tim Baker was contracted by UNDP to conduct an evaluation of its project in support of the Parliament of the Solomon Islands. Baker also provided recommendations for future support to the institution. After years of working with the Solomon Islands Parliament, UNDP was keen to have an expert determine if and how future support should be provided. Baker produced a detailed report that has become the basis for the next phase of support to the Parliament.
