Kevin Deveaux was selected as the international consultant to conduct a mid-term review of the UNDP Effective Governance Programme. Working with a national consultant, he worked remotely, due to Covid-19 Pandemic, to produce a report with lessons learned and recommendations for adjustments to the programme.
