Kevin Deveaux was a witness for the Canadian House of Commons Procedure and House Affairs Committee (PROC) as it conducted a review of the work of the Parliament and its adaptation due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Deveaux provided a written submission and testified before the Committee in June 2020 to provide expert analysis on how the Standing Orders could be adjusted to reflect the need for virtual and hybrid sessions.
