In March of 2015, Deveaux went to Moldova as a consultant to a project with UNDP to help support the Parliament of Moldova. This support is part of the broader work of the Parliament, with support from UNDP, in establishing four offices outside of the capital, in Edinet, Orhei, Comrat and Leove. These offices allow citizens greater access to information on the Parliament and their work, as well as creating space for citizens to be able to meet and discuss issues with their deputies. Standard Operating Procedures have been developed for all 4 offices for detailed explanations on tasks and how to accomplish them. A two-day training of office and parliamentary staff on citizen-parliament relations was also conducted.
