In April-May 2016, Kevin Deveaux conducted a final evaluation of the UNDP project in support of the Zanzibar House of Representatives. Based on interviews with some MPs, key parliamentary staff, journalists and civil society, the evaluation team produced a report that reflect on the lessons learned and recommendations for future engagement with the parliament.
