The Parliament of Victoria has a long-standing twinning relationship with the Parliament of Fiji. Kevin Deveaux was contracted by the Victoria Parliament to support the twinning relationship. In August 2023 he was a facilitator at the Whips Workshop in Melbourne where whips from Fiji interacted with whips and other senior MPs and staff from Victoria. In February 2024 Deveaux was contracted to facilitate a workshop in Fiji between the two parliaments on the role of parliamentary committees in oversight of government.
